This is the responsibility of you the caregiver. Adults are encouraged to be active with the children in their care and PLAY together.Donations are requested per child per visit. Suggested minimum is $6 per child. Credit/debit cards, cash, cheques (payable to Yorkton DreamCentre) or e-transfer to ydcfinance@sasktel.net. PLEASE BE GENEROUS!You are welcome to bring your own lunch and/or snacks. The tables in the FOYER are available for your use. We kindly ask, please clean up after yourself. Please ask at the front desk for cleaning products, if required.DreamLand needs your help to keep things neat and orderly. Most all of our staff are volunteers. Check the boxes below and SIGN *I understand that I am to always ACTIVELY supervise the children in my care as this is an unsupervised play place. PLEASE watch your kids playing and NOT distracted (i.e. phone use).Children, 17 and under, are not to be left at DreamLand alone, ever. I TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY for the children in my care. I have the authority to give my consent for them to attend and participate at DreamLand at the Yorkton DreamCentre. I know that there is an implied risk of injury due to the nature of children at play. If the equipment that is provided is not used properly, it can be dangerous to my kids and others.I understand that misuse of the play equipment is not acceptable and I may be asked to leave if the people in my care misuse DreamLand. I agree that the Yorkton DreamCentre Church, congregation and leadership or the P.A.O.C. will not be held responsible or liable for any injuries or accidents, which may occur to the children in my care.I will be sure GRIP socks (APEX) are worn by my child(ren) while at DreamLand for their safety and for sanitary purposes. DreamLand does sell them for $3.00/pair and you get to keep them. PLEASE practice fair and respectful play. Abusive BEHAVIOUR will end your visit at DreamLand.Coffee or drinks (etc.) and food are NOT PERMITTED in the PLAY AREA. Water in sealed containers is permissible. The STAGE AND BEHIND THE CURTAINS ARE "OFF LIMITS". Please do not allow your kids on or in these areas. Riding CARS are NOT for ramming into each other.PLEASE use entrance points on all the bouncers. NO over the sides or on the TOP of the any of the bouncers. I have read the above and agree.
